What this site is
Teacher Printables offers free, blank classroom organization templates — lesson plan sheets, a grade book grid, a seating chart maker and a parent contact log. You supply all content. The site is a set of formatting and arithmetic tools only.
Not educational advice
The templates make no claims about learning outcomes and do not provide teaching, curriculum, or educational advice. The grade book performs plain arithmetic on the numbers you enter and shows every step of that arithmetic; its letter-grade mapping is a standard 10-point reference, not a recommendation, and your school or district's official scale and policies always govern. Decisions about instruction, grading, and communication with families are yours alone.
Your content and records
You retain all rights to everything you type. Because entries live only in your browser, they can be lost by clearing browser data, using a different device, or browser storage limits — keep your own backups (printed sheets or CSV exports). We cannot recover lost entries.
Acceptable use
You may use the templates for your own classroom, school, or personal planning. You may not resell the templates themselves, present the site as your own service, or use it in any way that violates applicable law or your school's policies — including policies on student records and privacy.
No warranty
The site and its templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we aim for correct arithmetic and clean printing, verify anything high-stakes (like official grade submissions) against your own records before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teacher Printables and its operators are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site, including lost data, lost time, or decisions made using printed or exported output.
