Privacy policy

The short version

Teacher Printables has no accounts and no database. Anything you type into a template — lesson plans, scores, student names, contact log entries — is stored only in your own browser (localStorage) on your own device. We never receive it.

What we store (and where)

Your entries are saved in your browser's local storage under keys belonging to this site. This is how the tools remember your work between visits. The data never leaves your device unless you choose to print it or export it yourself. Clearing your browser data for this site erases it permanently, so keep a printed or exported copy of anything important.

What we don't do

• We don't collect, transmit, or sell your entries or your students' names.
• We don't require an account, email address, or sign-up of any kind.
• We don't run advertising networks or build behavioral profiles.
• We don't use cookies for tracking.

Hosting

The site is served as static files from a content delivery network. Standard server logs (such as IP address, requested page, and timestamp) may be processed by the hosting provider for security and operational purposes, under the provider's own privacy terms. These logs are not combined with your template entries, because your entries never reach the server.

Children's information

The tools are used by teachers. If you enter student names, remember they remain on your device only — treat printed copies and exported files with the same care you would any classroom record, and follow your school's policies on student data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated date above will change with it. Material changes to how data is handled will be described here in plain language.
